myGaru is a telecom-powered platform that redefines personal data and identity — eliminating the need for privacy-vulnerable identifiers like emails, cookies, or device IDs. myGaru was founded in 2019 by Vitalii Morozenko, inspired by GDPR. Since then, it has pivoted six times, evolving from a pioneering data wallet into a telecom-centric deep-tech platform. A 2020 reboot united Ukraine’s top experts in network engineering, adtech, cybersecurity, cryptography and big data. Collaboration with Adtelligent, Cossacs Labs, Chatbots.Studio and Globberry enabled self-funded R&D without external investors — ensuring neutrality and non-affiliation with data-driven businesses, as required by EU and UK regulators for data intermediary status. Nationwide deployment in Ukraine with leading telecoms and media groups has proven the model at country scale, validated by international brands and e-commerce leaders.
