Has broad experience in business development and investment across engineering, real estate, and IT ventures. Focuses on decentralised, net-centric business models as a practical approach to creating sustainable value and long-term growth.

Max has 18 years of experience in leading IT positions. He was head of CRM in the leading and most innovative Ukrainian bank (PrivatBank). He was responsible for the implementation of unified communication tools for 20 million bank clients. After PrivatBank, Max obtained the position of CTO in Middleware Inc., the company that owns a cloud-based business processes orchestration solution, Corezoid, which enables the digital transformation of enterprises. Followed by the Corezoid team, Max successfully created digital process deployment solutions for Western Union, Mastercard, Pepsico, Piraeus Bank, Metro, Unilever, etc. Max currently co-owns the digital banking, FinTech, and customised CRM solutions provider 42flows.tech as well as Chatbots.Studio, strategic partner of Visa.

Starting from 2010, Taras was CEO of Sitronics, the largest Ukrainian system integrator partnered with SAP, Oracle, HP, IBM, Dell, Cisco, Juniper etc. From 2017, Taras led Globberry, a global group focused on telecom solutions. Teams headed by Taras did the largest workspace virtualisation project for 600+ workstations based on VMWare and Citrix; 3+ MegaWatt capacity and TIER III (TIA-942) fault tolerance data centre; nationwide DWDM and IP MPLS networks for telco (20mln subscribers); nationwide Backhaul and Metro DWDM networks for telco; NFV infrastructure management solution for the largest telecom operator in the Middle East (12 datacenters hosting customer’s mobile network core and broadband network VNFs); private LTE network for the largest oil company in Kazakhstan etc.
