Telecom-powered behaviour analytics for publishers

Challenge

To expand its analytical capabilities, Nexinsight needed to access data from external vendors, including telecom operators and medical data providers. However, these partners applied high standards for data security and did not allow direct access to raw data, which limited Nexinsight’s ability to integrate and activate such sources using conventional approaches.

Solution

By integrating with myGaru, Nexinsight instantly gained the ability to partner with all data vendors connected to the platform — including telecom operators. In addition, myGaru ID enabled Nexinsight to offer behavioural audience analytics about Apple devices users — a segment traditionally invisible to standard analytics tools, including Google Analytics. Using myGaru, Nexinsight co-constructed audience segments with data vendors and enriched them with internal client data, including from mobile environments. This enabled deeper and more accurate audience understanding without requiring direct integrations. The platform’s permission-based infrastructure also ensured full transparency and compliance with each vendor’s rules for data usage and remuneration. As a result, Nexinsight significantly strengthened its analytics capabilities, gained flexibility in activating external data signals, and expanded collaboration with regulated vendors — all within a legally compliant and technically secure environment.
